Stephane Dorian has sent emails advising that only friends and family can reserve for the next two weeks as the long-delayed 10 Downing Street finally opens today (Wednesday). “If you wish to join in the celebration please email me your requests for a table directly,” Dorian requests. “And please, no groups larger than 6. Can't wait to see you!”
